Made using the antique vines in the region of Treviso, this Rosé wine is made from slightly pressed red grapes. Brilliant, lively, cherry-like highlights in colour, with a delicate and fragrant aroma , fruity with scents of rose, raspberry and marasca cherries. After pressing, the grape juice remains in contact with the skins for a very brief period. As soon as the desired colour is obtained, the must, extracted from the still wash, continues fermentation like white wines; secondary fermentation in big tanks with the Charmat method.
