Using 40-50 year old vines grow on warm stony soils, aiding full ripening. Both hand pruned and picked, and fermented traditionally to give intense colour and lifted fruit flavours with softer, spicy tannins. Intense deep purple, the full spicy blackberry aromas multiply on the palate with hints of black pepper and integrated subtle tannins, resulting in a long, satisfying finish.
