Catchpole & Co 'Flinty Fresh' Sauvignon Blanc

My husband and I have been customers of yourselves for a year now and this was one of the first wines we tried, it is refreshing and light, with a lovely gentle citrus tang and a subtle mineral undertone, which leaves you feeling refreshed and is evocotive of a late spring sunny morning with just a hint of freshness in the air. This is a very drinkable wine and accompanies light chicken and fish dishes and goes wonderfully well with most salads, but the best thing to have it with is another bottle of flinty fresh!
