Wine Cases defined as follows:
Bottle size: 75cl - 12 bottle case
Bottle size: 150cl - 6 bottle case (Magnums)
Surcharge on small orders:
Minimum order 12 bottles. For orders from our bonded warehouse(s) of one
case the surcharge (including VAT) on invoice is £7.99, for two
cases £10.99, subsequent cases are delivered free of charge, but
the two case rate still applies.
From our specialist warehouse the surcharge (including VAT) for one case is £9.99, two cases £15.50, three cases £19.50, four or more cases is price on enquiry.
1. Price
Prices quoted are per dozen e.g. 12 bottles of wine (unless otherwise
stated) duty paid and delivered inclusive of Value Added Tax.
All prices quoted are valid for 30 days only or until earlier acceptance
by the buyer, after which time they may be altered by the seller without
giving notice to the buyer.
2. Our Guarantee
We at Catchpole & Frogitt, make it our business to provide all our
customers with the goods and levels of services that you can rely on.
Therefore if any of our wines fail to satisfy, for whatever reason, we
will replace or refund you no problem at all, just as long as the wine(s)
are still in the original box.
Our company places traditional emphasis on customer service and personal
attention. You are therefore invited to call us anytime to discuss any
problems or queries you may have, and we will do our very best to provide
you with answers and solutions.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery time is within 5 - 7 days to the U.K. mainland. For all other
locations it is 5 working days after dispatch subject to customs. Please
advise Catchpole & Frogitt if you haven’t received your wine
within the specified period after ordering via telephone 0800 085 6186
or email deliveries@catchpoleandfrogitt.co.uk unless prior arrangement
has been made with your wine merchant.
4. Refunds for Everyday Wines
Catchpole & Frogitt will provide a full refund if any wines turn out
to be faulty or different from those ordered, when returned. All refunds
will be provided as soon as possible and at the latest, 30 days after
agreement of the refund by us. You may cancel your order within 7 days
of taking delivery of your goods. You will be refunded for your wines
pro rata, but delivery and return costs will be at your expense.
No responsibility can be accepted for non-delivery, unless the company
is notified within 30 days of the invoice date.
5. Availability
Despite our best efforts to maintain absolutely accurate stock records,
our high turnover means that sometimes it may happen where we are unable
to fulfil an order, or replace broken or otherwise damaged wines. Catchpole
& Frogitt operates only as a mail-order business, and although our
offices are deemed as the point of sale, we do not have any shops and
all orders are dispatched from either our secure bonded, or specialist
warehouse(s) for direct delivery to the customer.
6. Damage in Transit and Returns
We will accept returns and give full refunds where the wine has not been
opened or damaged. We can only credit you on safe receipt of the wine
into our personal possession. If bottles are broken or damaged in transit
to you we are fully insured and therefore you can have a full refund for
the wines, as long as you notify us straight away. We do not accept returns
of damaged goods.
7. An Instruction
An instruction to leave (i.e. in the garage etc.) is taken the same as
a signature.
