The Chianti ‘Principe’ is a blend of Saniovese, Canaiolo Nero, Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti and is an excellent example of this Italian great. The wine has cedar and cigar box aromas that are followed on the palate by a full, concentrated, mature fruit flavour that is nicely rounded and dry by its sapid and soft tannins.
