From this 17 hectare vineyard we have a Verdicchio of distinction. 12 – 15 days of fermentation after hand picking and de-stemming, before resting on it’s lees for some time. Released from the winery one year after harvest, to reveal itself as a wine of exuberant aromatic richness, yielding notes of dried citrus fruit. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, showing remarkable concentration through to a very long finish.
